As youngsters, we loved the amazing views from the balcony rooms and the comfortable beds with mosquito nets. the home-cooked breakfasts were delicious and the portions were huge. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and they even arranged tuktuks for us when we didn't feel like walking. the location was great, near the Kithal Ella train station and close to the start of the Ella rock hill. a lovely place to stay if visiting Ella.

I had the best time sitting on my balcony, watching the trains pass by. the hotel is situated close to the start of the trail for Ella's rock, which was a cool activity to do in the morning. Dave, the owner, and his staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the wifi was quick and reliable throughout the property. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower provided plenty of hot water. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with so much flavor. I highly recommend staying here for a fantastic experience. Cons: Not easy to find initially. 😕.
